Congratulations to Inman Students Advancing to GSEF (Georgia Science and Engineering Fair)

The fair will take place on March 26-28, 2015 at the University of Georgia’s Classic Center. Click HERE to view the list of students who will be advancing to the Georgia Science and Engineering Fair. The rankings are not listed on the attached forms and will be announced at the Award Ceremony held February 19, 2015 at 6:30p.m. at CSK.

Kedar Veeraswamy wins the APS District Spelling Bee!

Congratulations to Kedar Veeraswamy!

IMG_20150108_192204597Congratulations to Kedar Veeraswamy! He is the Inman Spelling Bee champion and will go on to the APS district round on February 2nd. IMG_20150108_191514164 Assata Nkosi battled him several suspenseful rounds, and as runner-up. Thanks to all the stellar students who participated- all were prepared and many stayed in for a long time. Thanks also to the families that came out that chilly night to support our students, too!

City Champ Inman Academic Bowl Team at Regionals

photo 1 (1)Congrats to your City Champ Inman Academic Bowl team for their performance in this weekends regionals! The team went 7-0 to make it to the championship round, where they lost their first match of the season. Being runner-up only made them hungry for the regional championship next year! Thanks to Ms. Butler and Ms. Robinson-Collier for an awesome season!

Inman received the following awards:

  • First place 8th grade team (Adam Miller, Olivia Hunter, Nelson Navarette)

  • Second place 7th grade Individual Performance (Drake Hunt)
  • Third place 7th grade Individual Performance (John Centner)
  • Tie for First Place 8th grade Individual Performance (Nelson Navarette and Olivia Hunter)
  • Overall Highest Performing School
