All staff and students are invited to the Walk for Water this Sunday, March 11 at 2pm. Meet Majok Marier, co-author of Seed of South Sudan: Memoir of a “Lost Boy” Refugee” and founder of Wells for Hope—you get a shirt, too! The starting place is the Carter Center parking lot, and then we walk roughly 3 miles to recreate the walk for water he took when he was a boy. This event will go on rain or shine– so come prepared!
Money raised will go for wells and health clinics in Africa. Visit Walk for Water for more info and to register. Hope to see you there!
The Inman Girls Lacrosse team played an exciting double header on Saturday, 2/24, winning their first game of the season against Woodward Academy (12-8); but even after giving it their all, the girls didn’t bring home the win against top-ranked Holy Innocents (2-12). Our next double header is March 3rd at Pine Crest Academy in Cumming; also playing Mt. Paran. This season’s game schedule is posted on our Girls LAX webpage.
Cinnaholic, maker of gourmet cinnamon rolls in the Edgewood shopping center, generously donated 250 baby cinnamon buns and coffee for our Valentine Staff Appreciation breakfast! The PTO and staff are indebted and thank Cinnaholic for such a sweet treat to our staff. Please show Cinnaholic that Inman appreciates their support by stopping by for a delicious cinnamon roll.
The PTO operating budget needs your generous tax-deductible support by September 30! The suggested amount is $100 per child at Inman, but any amount is appreciated. Any amount over $20 includes a PTO family membership. $10 includes a PTO individual membership.JOIN / DONATE
